Beware! Your test result is only as good as the operator. Your risk increases significantly when the operator lacks training or has little field experience using GPR equipment.

GPR vs. X-RAY
Most companies out there that provide ONLY GPR scanning services are over-selling the capabilities of GPR when it comes to positively differentiating between rebar and post-tension cables in concrete.
Through our extensive experience, we understand that while GPR is very reliable in locating most of the elements within a given structure, GPR will not provide the level of detail and certainty that may be required in highly congested areas where it is critical to know the difference.
